What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is a self-contained, fully furnished place to call home which is available to book for anything from 1 night to 100 nights or more.
A serviced apartment has all the amenities of a home from home. This includes a kitchen, living space, bedroom and bathroom. Unlike a hotel which is more commonly just a bedroom with an en-suite.
Many of our serviced apartments in Bristol are dog-friendly. Should you wish to bring your dog with you, we require advance notice of at least 48 hours. Details of the pets you are choosing to bring with you are also required. There is an additional deep cleaning fee required once you vacate your apartment. A larger deposit is also required upfront in the event that your pet damages any of the furniture, fixtures or fittings. There are some occasions when we cannot allow pets but these are discussed on a case by case basis.

Those guests who book direct with us are able to cancel their short-term let in Bristol with just 24 hours’ notice (unless agreed otherwise). If you have booked via Booking.com, AirBnB or another third-party agent then your stay is subject to those specific terms and conditions. We therefore advise all short-term let guests to book directly through our website or via email/telephone.
